Juan-Carlos (J.C.) Caballero, M.D.
Warrenton Dermatology & Skin Therapy Center is led by Juan-Carlos (J.C.) Caballero, M.D., who is Board Certified in general, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology by the American Board of Dermatology.
Dr. Caballero specializes in all aspects of skin care health, believing that your skin is the reflection of your inner health. With the appropriate treatment of dermatologic conditions, he feels that it will lead to the overall improvement of health, well-being, and confidence in oneself.
Dr. Caballero attended George Mason University, where he attained his Bachelor’s Degree in Biology. He then went on to earn his Doctor of Medicine Degree from Howard University College of Medicine in Washington, D.C., whereby, he was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society. Induction into this Honor Society is reserved only for the top medical students in the nation, where each member is recognized for their high academic standards, leadership, high ethical principles, and high standard of character and conduct. Dr. Caballero completed his Dermatology Residency training at Georgetown University Hospital and Washington Hospital Center, both in Washington, D.C. He served as Chief Resident at both hospitals during his last year of training.
In addition to being a Diplomate of the American Board of Dermatology, Dr. Caballero is a member and fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology, the American Society of Dermatologic Surgery, and the Medical Society of Virginia. He looks forward to meeting with you and creating a long-lasting relationship to meet all of your dermatological needs. Audrey Ludwig Bunch, PA-C
Audrey is a board-certified physician assistant specializing in Medical Dermatology.
Prior to joining Warrenton Dermatology and Skin Therapy Center, she has been a hospital-based PA in Maryland with experience in Neurosurgery, Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, Hand Surgery, Urology, and Ophthalmology. Audrey received her undergraduate at Philadelphia University with a Bachelor of Science in Physician Assistant Studies. She also completed her graduate studies at Philadelphia University, where she graduated with a Master of Health Science Degree in Physician Assistant Studies.
Audrey is licensed to perform complete skin exams and identify and treat skin cancers. She is also trained to diagnose and treat numerous other dermatological conditions including but not limited to acne, warts, and rashes. Audrey is Board Certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants.

Heather Callahan, PA-C
Heather is a Board-Certified Physician Assistant practicing medical, surgical and cosmetic dermatology.
A Northern Virginia native, she double majored with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Psychology at George Mason University, and graduated with a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Seton Hill University. Throughout Heather’s clinical rotations at Seton Hill, she was able to gain a wide range of experience working in Pennsylvania, Florida, Ohio, Virginia, and Hawaii.
Heather is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, Virginia Academy of Physician Assistants, and the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants. She is also an avid volunteer, supporting local food banks, Camp for Courageous Kids, Relay for Life, and the American Heart Association. Heather wants you to know that, “As a medical provider, I am very empathetic and believe that listening and communicating well is critical to a successful relationship with my patients."
Tammy Golden, Licensed Master Esthetician
Tammy is a Licensed Master Esthetician and Certified Laser Technician, who has worked in the cosmetic industry for over 20 years.
Tammy received her advanced training at NOVA Laser and Esthetics, and prior to joining Warrenton Dermatology, she was the Manager, Lead Trainer, and Master Esthetician at a major medical spa and training facility in Stafford, VA. Tammy provides all Laser and Esthetic services in the Skin Therapy Center at Warrenton Dermatology. She specializes in Laser procedures, including Fraxel Dual, IPL Photofacials, and Laser Hair Reduction. She also provides Customized Facials, Microdermabrasion, Chemical Peels, and Lam Probe treatments.
Tammy’s years of experience and broad knowledge of skin care solutions bring an added level of confidence to both our cosmetic and medical patients who trust us with their skin care needs. “I pride myself on my education and the experience I’ve gained through years of work in the field of esthetics. I enjoy working with each patient individually and really listening to their specific needs and expectations so that I can help them develop a realistic treatment plan and provide exemplary services to meet their skin care goals.”
Amy Dvornick, Licensed Esthetician
Amy is a Licensed Esthetician and Certified Laser Technician, who has a medical esthetics background from her years with a facial plastic surgery center.
Amy is a member of Associated Skin Care Professionals (ASCP), is a CoolSculpting Specialist, Certified PCA provider, and also a Certified Hydrafacial Technician. She received her professional credentials from NOVA Laser and Esthetics, and provides Cosmetic Laser treatments, as well as Esthetic services. Her specialties include IPL Photofacials, Laser Hair Reduction, Customized Facials, Chemical Peels, Lam Probe and CoolSculpting; however, she is an expert Hydrafacial provider.
