Not so much a criticism of the people, but the lab testing policy is absurd. While in the middle of an exam, it is not appropriate to clarify a ridiculous lab testing policy. Of course I want to know if my biopsy is cancerous. The policy is so poorly understood the staff shares a form but they don’t all understand the form. Stupid policy, worse timing.

As always, Dr. Caballero makes me feel special and is never too busy to spend an appropriate amount of time for the treatment that I need. The staff is the most courteous group. I would recommend their collective services to anyone who wishes to experience the very best.

I think it’s a little ridiculous that to get my rash checked out I need to make a second appointment. Take another day off and pay another co pay. I just chose not to do that.

It was good experience, Ms. King did a very thorough job and let me know what she was doing and the purpose of what she was doing. Overall it was a good experience.

Dr. Bunch is great and very knowledgeable and caring. If you ever want someone that will go above and beyond for you she is the one you will want to see.
