Dr. Caballero is great but the staff has a lot to be desired. I waited 45 minutes from my appointment time with no updates and no one in front of me before I was taken back. Then the nurse just turned her back on me and entered whatever on her pad. Asked a couple questions and left. One lady came in and waited over 10 minutes at the front desk for someone to check her in. I went to reschedule my yearly appointment and the lady gave me a date. I said I’d really like the week before since we were leaving that week. She just said..I guess you’ll just have to leave later
