I received excellent information on how to reduce itching. I did not know that Downey in our washing was the culprit. Great information. Audrey is amazing knowledgeable.

There was a bit a of wait but all employees were apologetic and very kind. I work in a medical field as well so I understand when things get backed up. Annual skin checks are not always the most anticipated event of the year, but they made it a pleasant experience.
