My appt. with Heather was for an excision of a basal cell carcinoma. Heather was very patient and described the entire procedure while documenting what each step will be so I was able to have a visual idea as well before she started. She was very calm and walked me through each step she was doing during the procedure and what the post procedures were. I highly recommend Heather as she has treated me for other issues and I am always very satisfied!
