Everything about this practice has been so great with my care. The facility is very clean and the staff, from the secretaries to the PA I saw, were all very friendly and nice. I didn’t have to wait long and felt like all of my questions were answered.

I had gotten lost and was a half an hour late for my appointment, and very upset. The girls behind the desk were extremely nice and accommodating, and they were able to work me in even though I was egregiously late Dr. Caballero was extremely polite and a very competent doctor.

Had a wonderful experience with Audrey Bunch during a follow up visit. She throughly explained the procedure being done and ensured I was comfortable the whole time. Highly recommend her and the entire practice as I have visited for multiple other procedures.

Like last time, Audrey was rushed. I had to have a biopsy and she was not willing to give the anesthetic time to work, so I feel the procedure was more painful than necessary. I was given over 5 shots, poked at least 6 more times with a needle to determine if I were numbed, (which I was not ) and assured that I would be given more time for the numbing agent to work, and then not. And, I was not given an approximate time for my results to be received. Her assistant was great - unfortunately, I did not get her name.
